Amazing hostel. Great energy throughout the building. Very clean, safe & great food and drinks!

Very nice hostel, so clean, the staff is friendly.

The hostel is very cool and all the staff is very kind!! They help me with everything giving always the best tips and a big smile. The swimming pool is crazy beautiful with the city view for a nice sunset.

I was positive surprised. I had a really good time and met so many people at the hostel. I miss that a lot.

There are a lot of activities organized by the hostel, which is a great way to meet other people. But it’s like every night there is something and it’s in the club with music, and when I stayed on the lowest floor, I could hear the music pretty well. Without earplugs it’s not very pleasant. But I mean, the rooms are big, enough space, it’s all clean and gets cleaned often. I might be nice to fix the other stove in the kitchen. And some more cups and big spoons hahah. But I am really impressed, even with a pool on the roof. And then the price/quality is amazingly good

Super nice hostel, great location and the staff were all super nice. The events thrown here were a lot of fun. I definitely recommend staying here if you are in Florence.

This hostel is amazing, the amenities are great for example the bars, restaurant and rooftop pool. The volunteer staff are helpful and friendly, the events are so much fun and they do an amazing job hosting them. The rooms are clean and comfortable. This was an amazing experience and I will recommend it to all of my friends.

I think the place and environment are very nice and clean, but we had a bad experience during one of the nights since there was a party in the entrance (first floor) and we couldn’t sleep until 1 am. Since the main objective of this place is the sleep and rest of the guests, we think that parties shouldn’t be performed during the night. At least, if rooms are not properly isolated.

Comfortable bed, safe lockers, lots of friendly people and staff to meet, rooftop pool was easily my favourite feature.

It was big and clean. It has many spaces to be around. I’d only ask for a quiet place, sometimes when your room is crowded you definitely need one.

Wow! What a perfect hostel! I loved my time at Yellowsquare. I felt welcome right away because of the incredibly friendly and helpful staff and social atmosphere. My room was great with lovely high ceilings and a comfortable bed, plus the shower and bathroom being private to our room, and our beautiful terrace! It was all incredible. The activities that the hostel offered were the best part, though! Me and my friends did pretty much every activity because it was free and a perfect way to meet other travelers. We had so much fun carving pumpkins, making scary masks, doing a murder mystery hunt, playing games, and singing karaoke. Most hostels don’t give people anything to do outside of some tourist recommendations, but this one did, and it really made the hostel feel like « home » for the short amount of time we were there. I have no complaints!!!

This hostel was above and beyond all my expectations as a hostel. You can get a towel or a lock at the desk. The rooftop was amazing. All the staff was so friendly. The rooms were so nice the bunks have a safe and a bar so you can hang a sheet for privacy. I would 110% recommend this hostel to anyone staying in Florence.

Hostel was al right. One tip: maybe it’s good to switch a little bit more in nationality. I ended up with 3 girls in my room all from the same country, so they talked in their own language against each other, what kind of puts you in a longer distance from them and not really in contact with each other.
The common place is nice though. Good service.

The hostel is all new, the dorms are spacious and the hangout space really nice. The rooftop terrace and pool are a big plus 🙂
Lots of activities are offered, but I couldn’t join because they were starting too late (middle of the morning or 10pm for the evening). The times definitely fit more people who like to party late and wakeup late ^^
Food at the restaurant is nice and convenient.
Location is a bit outside the city center, about 15min walk from the Central Station or 5min by tram.

Visited from Scotland for 10 days. Friendly welcoming staff. Clean environment, nice food and bar discount for hostel residents.
About 25-30 minute walk from city centre, but close to a tram stop (and trams are frequent).
Pleasant outdoor seating area to relax with a pint in the evening.
Definitely recommend.

I absolutely fell in love with this hostel. The staff is incredibly nice and the vibe is unmatchable . I met so many amazing people , and there’s so much to do in the hostel itself, you don’t even have to go out to have fun!

Food and rooms and staff were great, everything was perfect. The only thing is that the water from my room was leaking. So after one person took a shower then the whole bathroom flooded and the water was leaking into the room itself; there was a huge pond under my bed

I can appreciate that this is a great hostel, lots and lots of amenities and it made me feel very safe. However, I have never been bitten more in the night than I did during my stay at YellowSquare Florence. The rooftop pool and bars and activities are all great but hygiene is a basic requirement and there were either bedbugs or some other insect in the room. The window was closed during the night.

Wonderful hostel..clean secure nice location and very friendly staff

Nice hostel with good size rooms. The rooftop bar is a plus. It may seem more like a co-work space, given that many people are staring at their laptops everywhere in the common areas. However, it becomes a messy “party hostel” in the night. I’ve been in “party hostels” before and I can tell that YellowSquare Florence has no clue how to manage their parties. The music blasts loud until 2AM. The party area is not sound-proof, creating a lot of nuisance for all other visitors who are trying to sleep. In a normal hostel, there would be a limit to the party hours, and then the staff would take the party people out in the city to continue, to let other people enjoy their sleep. Not the case for this one.

Great room. Super comfortable and all very clean as soon as you walk in.
Was too tired to be part of all the activities of the hostel. But the ones I’ve done were really great. Staff is nice and people staying there make it a great place to stay.

I’ve stayed in a decent amount of hostels in Europe and this has been by far my favourite! It’s not super close to the main area, but about 20-30 minutes of walking gets you basically anywhere. When I approached the hostel I thought I had the wrong address it was so beautiful. It was big, clean, and the staff was great. It wasn’t a crazy party hostel, but I made so many friends in the few days I was there, and they had lots of activities that helped me meet lots of people. There were also a lot of places to hang out, including the rooftop with a pool! I will definately be back if I come to Florence, and will recommend it to everyone I know.

Such a great hostel! So clean and staff were super friendly. Lots of organized activities by the hostel which was a great way to meet people. Would definitely stay again

Great atmosphere, happy and Nice people. Clean, safe and comfortable rooms.

I was totally happy with my stay at YellowSquare. It was clean, nicely decorated, fully equipped with everything you need and staff is friendly and uncomplicated! Would come again!

Everything was clean, it was very easy to checkin and checkout, I didn’t have any problems at all. Everyone was so nice

It was a great place to stay. Clean and fun. Not to far from city and airport.
