What you’ll be doing:
- Operational Leadership: Supporting the General Manager by working closely with the Reception/Bar team and overseeing Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Maintenance;

- Quality & Vibe: Monitoring service standards, resolving guest issues, and keeping the “Square vibe” alive;
- Management: Coordinating shifts, schedules, and workflows for maximum efficiency;
- Admin: Assisting with reporting, inventory, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
What you should have:
- Experience: 5+ years in hospitality, including 2+ years in a supervisory or assistant manager role;
- Core Skills: Strong team coordination, excellent communication, and a “people-first” mindset;
