Our internship program offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic, international environment like our hostels. It’s a hands-on learning experience that provides both theoretical and practical training in various fields related to hospitality, including accommodation, F&B, tours, marketing, and event/social activity management. All of this takes place in a fun and vibrant setting, where you’ll engage with people from all over the world.
Selected interns become a part of our teams, and we’re excited to exchange knowledge and hospitality for your energy and fresh ideas.
Internship conditions:
- The internship lasts a minimum of 6 weeks.
- In order to properly begin the internship, you must have an EU passport or a valid tourist visa. For internships in Italy, you’ll also need to obtain a Codice Fiscale (Italian tax code), while in Athens this is not required.
- The training program consists of approximately 32 hours per week, with at least 2 days off to allow participants to relax or explore the beauty of Italy or Greece
We offer the following benefits to participants:
- Free accommodation in a mixed dormitory.
- Two meals per day at our bar/restaurant.
- Special conditions on services provided at our locations, including merchandise or organized tours with our partners.
If your application stands out, you’ll be invited for a short chat. If you’re selected for the internship, we’ll guide you through the necessary paperwork to ensure everything is in order. Once that’s done, if needed, you’ll sign a formal agreement and be all set to join our team.
