Since the hotel I booked earlier in Florence was too far from the center, I found only this hostel for a reasonable price within a day. This was my experience. It was not good for me to stay in a room with strangers. but I was glad that the girls I stayed in the same room with were without problems. They tried to be quiet and not disturb others. İt is an ideal place for teenagers and youth

The hostel was really well managed, all the staff were incredible, the bars were well priced and the food was great, the pool and club and all the social events were super fun. I liked the beds and the curtains, the bathroom was clean but I would’ve liked a lock on the main door for getting changed.

I had an incredible time during my 3 night stay in Florence. The hostel is just outside the city, and located near the train which takes ~8 mins to get into the center of Florence. I really appreciated all the activities the hostel hosted to build community. Plus, the rooms and bathroom were clean. I’d highly recommend staying here!

This place is so wonderful – the staff are genuinely kind and helpful, the accommodation is clean and we’ll taken care of. I’m a loner so I didn’t participate in any of the social events, but they looked so fun! I had to get up early one day to catch a bus, and the receptionist was kind enough to make me a coffee and grab me a croissant 🥰

The location is a wee bit far from the main city centre (about 20 minute walk), BUT there is a tram RIGHT in front of the hostel that gets you to/from the city centre, as well as the airport! Super convenient! If I come back to Florence, I will definitely stay here.

pretty much the title. great amenities, very clean, loved the in-room bathroom/shower. spacious room with definitely enough space for four. amazing breakfast/bar, super friendly and helpful staff. i didn’t participate in the hosted activities, but there were plenty offered. only issue is it’s about a 20-30 minute walk from most attractions in the city. but if you don’t mind a walk or like the quieter atmosphere, it’s a perfect choice.

Furthermore: young, modern and international. Amazing view over Florence from the rooftop with pool 🙂

Absolutely gorgeous Hostel, with super cool activities like club nights, dance classes, cooking classes, picnics and creative stuff. The terrace with the pool is super nice to just relax. Really loved it there, will definitely com back.

It has been a rather unpleasant experience. They changed my room due to an error in the reservation and they did it at dawn and in a terrible way, where literally the person who went to the room quite pedantic
He said: “Take your things because you can’t stay here” and I was in my pajamas. I had an excellent experience at The Yellow Roma but I will not book with you again.

I’ve only good words for the hostel. The facilities were very good, with pretty spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, the bar open almost 24 hours, the rooftop swimming pool (even if I didn’t use it), the club downstairs and the terrace.
The staff was really nice as well, they were very helpful and friendly, and they were organizing nice activities every day. Also, the vibe in the hostel couldn’t be better.
So far, the best hostel I’ve ever stayed.

First time in a hostel and was a good experience. Liked all the different activities you have to offer each day. Rooms were very clean and with lots of room and great security for all your belongings

It is a great place to stay, very clean and modern place, well decorated. Warm welcome, the employees are friendly and attentive.

Had a lovely time in this hostel, with comfortable and clean dorm rooms and plenty of support from the staff. Breakfast was delicious and the price of the food and drink was very reasonable. I’d go again in a heartbeat!

Me and my girlfriend were staying at the hostel for 4 nights and 5 days. We had a great time throughout our stay. All the guests were respectful, accommodating and friendly. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and the bar at the hostel were very convenient although I would have appreciated that the breakfast was a little more cheaper. I would have liked for the bathrooms to be a little more cleaner. All the activities organized in the evenings were a nice way to close the day.

The hostel is huge, really clean, organize and the Staff was really great and very social.

A hostel that gives lots of options for travellers looking to socialise, but also clean and enjoyable for those who are happier keeping to themselves. Very friendly, helpful staff.

I enjoyed my stay at Yellowsquare Florence ! There is anything you need (kitchen, bar, swimming pool…) and the people (staff and hosts) are sooo nice. Thank you for everything.

Everything was okay, the bedroom, the location, the instalations, the athmosphere and the staff! I really enjoy it.

Everything was very clean, well kept, and trendy. They have great events available like kahoot trivia night and a pasta making class which we really enjoyed.

I had a amazing stay in Yellowsquare florance. The entire hostel had this cosy and modern feel and the rooms were very comfortable. There were also lots of fun activitities during both the day and night, which was a good way to meet new people. Eventhough I traveled on my own for the first time, this hostel never made me feel alone 🙂

Hostel was clean and the staff super nice! Rooms a bit small.

We had a great stay. Everything was in great condition and clean. The rooms were a good size and the bunks were comfortable. We appreciated the events/activities that are made available, and the hostel had a really friendly vibe that encouraged people to get to know each other. One piece of constructive feedback for the standup comedy night is to encourage better content – rape and paedophilia has never been funny and it isn’t funny now. Understanding the hostel doesn‘t dictate the content but there is definitely room to encourage safer material.

This hostel is very well situated, near the tramway (4 stops till the city center). They proposed various activities: games, karaoké night, cooking class… The staff is very effective and nice. The breakfast was incredible. The rooms are clean and the mattress was quite comfortable. They have a kitchen in the basement with all the basics necessities to cook (and some free pasta!). We enjoyed our stay and wish we would have stayed longer!

Bathrooms need to be more clean and also having curtains would make the experience bettyer
