YellowSquare is more than a hostel; it’s an international community designed for travelers who want to connect, work, and hang out. Across our locations in Italy and Greece, we provide female-only dorms, shared dorms, and private ensuite rooms, alongside working spaces and daily activities. Definitely not a boring hostel. From working over a coffee to evening events in our venues, we create a active atmosphere where locals and travelers meet and make friends. Every YellowSquare is a gateway to the city, focused on social vibes and the right place to meet people.
This place was great choice, It´s in a good location, central and easy to take public transport. Room was spotless, (I just missed the bed courtain) but anything else was super.
The beds cold be better
Hostel was very nice, great location (only two metro stops from the duomo). Loved all the activities that were organised and very social people. Room and beds were very nice and every day the bathroom was cleaned. Overall would recommend.
I loved the place. The staff is really nice and friendly all the time.The place was clean and the people were nice and the atmosphere was amazing. I played spin the wheel and made an absolute fool out of myself but so did everyone else and it was fun. It was an unplanned trip for us for the new year and we had a great time and we are really happy we accidentally found the hostel almost like it was meant to be. The little details around the hostel are funny and creative. We were actually thinking of volonteering. But even if we don’t I’ll definitely stay again with you on my next trip to Florence!
Very courteous staff and clean space overall. I stayed one night for my flight next day. Proximity to the Termini station helps a lot !
I lived my stay at YellowSquare. The one thing I always check for is bathroom and the room I stayed in the bathroom felt like my home bathroom. The shower pressure was great. The hot towel rail was a bonus. It’s the little things that made me appreciate this hostel.
I overall very much liked my experience at YellowSquare, apart from one loud snorer in my room. They have free luggage storage if you need it before check-in time, plus a 1 euro (per day I believe?) storage if you need it once you check out. As a guest you can get a free drink and pasta each day from 6-8pm, plus 20% off all drinks at their bar. The staff are friendly and room service was regular every day around 10:30/11am. Checkout was by 10am but I managed to stay until 10:30 as I slept in and it wasn’t an issue. The area around can be a little sketchy as it’s near the train station. I’ve seen someone’s car window broken and some dirty streets. But I did not feel unsafe. I would stay here again!

I had such a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed my stay. The hostel and all the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.
I really appreciated the comfortable bed, the extra sheets to create curtains, and all the thoughtful amenities, such as shampoo, body wash, feminine products, and the welcome free drink. I can’t forget to mention the delicious pasta served every day—it was amazing!
The vibe at the hostel was fantastic, and I’m already looking forward to visiting other Yellowsquare locations in Italy in the future.

We stayed at the Yellowsquare hostel in Milano as a group of four for one night. The private room was clean and practial.

Yeah, nice breakfasts, nice rooms, nice parties every night, nice staff, great city. I enjoyed my stay a lot! Matter of fact, if there’s a YellowSquare in the city, I’ll probably just go there rather than another hostel.
It was my first trip to Milan and I’m very happy with YellowSquare because they gave the best services that I expected as a first time touring Milan. Room, stuff, service and food everything was perfect and well planned. Highly recommend YellowSquare!!!!
Nice place to stay in Florence
Amazing Facility, super helpful staff and great location.
One thing i would highlight is that they provide towel for 1 Euro that too can be exchanged unlimited time during your stay, you also get a tote bag along with towel that you can keep.
The hostel was just a minute walk froom the termini so super location.. I booked a bed in female dorm. It was clean. The bathroom though pretty small but clean. Staffs sre very friendly. I loved and enjoyed my stay ♥️
I would definitely recommend yellowsquare to any traveler travelling to Italy. The dorm was tidy, the most happening place was the bar area. Overall it was an amazing experience. I wish you guys had more branches in all over Europe.
For me it was like a hotel but with some people in your room. Toiletries in the bathroom like soap, shampoo and body gel, clean towels, hair dryer. Also air conditioner in the room, a safe for documents and a big storage for luggages. Big window view of the street. I honestly was intrigued.

Good facilities, rooms were clean and maintained everyday, staff was fun and friendly and there were a lot of events in the hostel that made it easy to meet new people. It is also located right next to the Porta Romana metro station making it easy to get into the city

Very clean, well-maintained, friendly staff, great breakfast options!
My stay was mostly okay, staff was friendly and kind. Bed was quite comfortable and had no problems with the roommates. Only problems were that the room would not get warm, all of us were sleeping with three layers of clothing on and it was still cold. The other issue was, while the door for the shower was succesful at keeping the water in, the wall between the shower and the toilet was not and the whole bathroom would get flooded thru the toilet door and the water would even reach the room. Other than that no problems!
YellowSquare Rome was a great time! The social activities at the YellowSquare Bar and organized walks around the city were a great way to meet fellow travelers and inspiring people!
Rooms and common spaces were clean and welcoming.
I stayed there for 2 nights and I highly recommend it to all who want to experience a hostel in Florence , the whole place was very clean and staff are friendly and warm, every night they have different events plus free pasta and beer , the price is reasonable for travellers and backpackers
Excellent and very clean
I really enjoyed my stay at Yellow Square. I loved the fact that the bar was huge and it was much fun. My room had enough day light and that is super important to me. I could leave my luggage both before checkin and after checkout for a few hours, so that was super useful too.
It’s close to the statios of Termini (main train station) and Castro Pretorio (another metro) which makes traversing the city quite easy.
This hostel was very clean. All staff members were warm and kind. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped. It was nice to have a bar and the opportunity to make friends.
The staff are friendly and helpful, making you feel welcomed. The rooms are clean and tidy, and they have lockers which is great. Every night there was an event on at the bar which was entertaining and a great place to meet people. Overall the experience was great.
Its been the best hostel i ever been so far, on all point
It was an enjoyable experience with the room and commodities, although some of the staff were very arrogant and unfriendly towards americans… They made joke and remarks in Italian, which we could understand and it was upsetting.
