- Review team workflows and identify opportunities to improve internal processes and tools (CRM, email templates, reporting, etc.)
- Supervise team KPIs and report on performance metrics and customer feedback
- Help onboard and train new team members, sharing best practices and team rituals
- Step in when needed to support team members during peaks (bookings, group coordination, reviews)

- Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level); knowledge of other languages is a great plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust across teams
- Experience working with digital tools such as PMS (Clock), CRM, OTA extranets, Google Workspace, and (nice to have) channel managers
