This role is based at our headquarters in Rome, Italy, where we have our main offices. You will join our Sale and Customer care team!  From here, we offer remote support to all our Squares based in Rome, Milan and Florence. 

What You’ll Do

• Assist guests with reservations, queries, and complaints
• Manage and respond to guest reviews
• Communicate effectively across different YellowSquare locations
• Support internal teams by distributing key information
• Work closely with a supervisor to navigate various customer service scenarios

What You Need

• Strong teamwork skills – You collaborate well with others
• Flexibility – Ready to adapt to different shifts and schedules 
• A passion for customer service – You love making people feel welcome
• Excellence in English and another language and at least a B2 level in Italian
• Strong excel skills
• Positive, problem – solving skills 
• Codice Fiscale + all the necessary documents to be hired in Italy

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to drive informed decision-making across departments.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to optimize business operations and improve efficiency.
• Design and implement scripts to automate background processes and streamline workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and quality control checks.
• Collaborate with the other departments and non-technical stakeholders to understand their needs, simplify complex data insights, and drive informed decision-making.

What We’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Data Analytics or a related field
• Analytical Mindset
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Python, and SQL
• Problem-Solving Skills: You enjoy finding creative solutions based on data insights
• Communication Skills: Ability to present complex information in a simple, understandable way
• Flexibility: You can adapt to a fast-paced environment and work both independently and within a team
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Scripting skills for simple processes
• Familiarity with API calls

Our Enthusiasts are responsible for creating unforgettable memories during our guests’ stay.

This is not your typical 9-to-5 job. As a Square Enthusiast, you’ll be juggling different roles between reception work and bartending, keeping things fresh, fun, and definitely never boring! One day you might be working in reception getting to meet and greet all the guests, the next day you will be shaking up cocktails and serving drinks until 3:30 a.m. on one of our legendary party nights.

What you’ll be doing:

• Welcoming guests with a smile, checking them in, and handling check-outs
• Serving up coffee and drinks, chatting with guests, and being the life of the party behind the bar.
• Promoting hostel events and local experiences to make our guests’ stay unforgettable.
• Jumping in to help with whatever comes up—whether it’s a question about Milan or a last-minute event.
• Being part of a super supportive team that’s got your back! 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar roles (ie Receptionist and/or Bartender/Barista), at least 1 year experience
• Ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;
• Flexibility to work on a shift schedule on any day and time of the week from Monday to Sunday with shifts that go either from 7-8 am until 15-16 pm and from 16-17 pm until 01 am. 
• Excellence in customer service;
• Highly proficient in spoken English and Italian

Per la nostra sede di Firenze – Viale Redi, cerchiamo un Manutentore part-time, capace di gestire diversi tipi di interventi: dall’elettrico al meccanico, dall’idraulico alla manutenzione generale. Se ti piace lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e internazionale, potresti essere la persona giusta!

Cosa farai:

• Assicurarti che le strutture dell’ostello siano sicure e funzionanti.
• Eseguire interventi di manutenzione ordinaria
• Controllare e riparare gli impianti.
• Seguire e aggiornare il piano di manutenzione preventiva mensile.
• Segnalare al management eventuali attrezzature obsolete o da sostituire.
• Prenderti cura degli spazi verdi esterni.
• Gestire un piccolo inventario di ricambi, se necessario.

Cosa cerchiamo:

• Competenze in ambito elettrico e meccanico.
• Conoscenza delle tecniche di manutenzione e riparazione.
• Capacità di affrontare nuovi problemi in autonomia.
• Buona organizzazione del lavoro.
