The 2026 Theme: “Connections” Between Stage, City, and Mental Health

This year, everything revolves around a single concept: Connections. We’re talking about the deep bonds that drive this industry: the raw spark between the comedian and the crowd, the ongoing dialogue between established names and rising stars, and the crossover between comedy, live podcasts, and music.

There is also an important addition this year: our partnership with Serenis as our official mental health partner. Taking place during Mental Health Awareness Month, this collaboration turns stand-up comedy into a meaningful space for reflection and open conversation about psychological well-being, proving that comedy can be a powerful tool to address deeper topics.

Venues and Where to Join Stand Up Comedy Week 2026

The festival roots itself in Milan’s long comedy heritage—from the legendary Derby and Zelig clubs to today’s local bars, pubs, and cultural hubs. This year’s network expands to four key hotspots across Milan’s nightlife scene:

• YellowSquare Milano: Via Serviliano Lattuada, 14 (Porta Romana District)
• Ghe Pensi Mi: Piazza Morbegno, 2 (NoLo District)
• Osteria Democratica: Via Ettore Troilo, 14 (Navigli / Tibaldi District)
• Noise – il Cinemino: Via Ascanio Sforza, 49 (Navigli District)

The addition of Noise brings a multidisciplinary lineup linking cinema, live music, and talks, highlighting how the strength of stand-up lies in diverse spaces and creative voices.
