Cosa farai:

• Assicurare che tutte le strutture all’interno dell’hostel siano sicure;

• Garantire la corretta manutenzione degli impianti;

• Seguire e aggiornare il piano di manutenzione preventiva su base mensile;

• Fornire raccomandazioni al management sulla sostituzione di apparecchiature inefficienti o obsolete;

• Occuparsi della manutenzione delle aree verdi esterne alla struttura;

• Tenere un inventario dei pezzi di ricambio dove richiesto.
