Walking Stroll from Termini to Monti: Discovering the Treasures of Rome
Join us for a walking tour from Termini to Monti, a journey that will take you to discover the most fascinating spots in Rome. From 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, we will explore the city, combining history, views, and authentic flavors. We will start with a short metro ride to the Circus Maximus, where we’ll admire the ruins of an ancient stadium with a breathtaking view of the Palatine Hill.
Next, we’ll head to the Orange Garden for a panoramic view of the city, then visit the ancient Temple of Hercules and Portunus in the Forum Boarium. After visiting the Mouth of Truth, we’ll discover the Theatre of Marcellus, a small Colosseum that tells stories from the past.
We’ll then enter the Jewish Ghetto, where you’ll be able to enjoy a typical Roman snack like focaccia or supplì. After the break, we’ll cross the Rione Pigna, passing through Piazza Sant’Eustachio, famous for its coffee, and reach the Pantheon, one of the most iconic monuments in Rome, and Piazza Venezia, with the majestic Altar of the Fatherland.
We will conclude the tour at the Roman Forum, a symbol of ancient Rome, passing through the picturesque Rione Monti, an authentic and lively neighborhood. The stroll will end at our starting point, The Yellow, after an unforgettable afternoon of history, culture, and local flavors.
