Começando pelo clássico: este é o melhor restaurante vegano para visitar se você for estrangeiro. A cozinha deles reinterpreta as receitas italianas e romanas mais famosas, incluindo a estrela de todas: a Carbonara!
Este restaurante está muito bem localizado, a apenas 8 minutos a pé do nosso querido Yellow Square Hostel em Roma.

Se você é vegano ou não, mas ama gatos, este lugar vai te encantar.
Com uma seleção divina de sobremesas, pessoalmente acho que é o melhor lugar para saborear algo doce à tarde.
Além disso, diferente de mim, recomendo vir aqui na hora do almoço em vez do jantar para ter mais chances de acariciar todos os gatos que ficam no restaurante!

Com várias localizações pela Europa e Itália, esta é, sem dúvida, a melhor rede de fast food plant-based que experimentei em Roma. De pães coloridos a deliciosas papas bravas, é a maneira mais rápida de aproveitar um almoço vegano no centro da cidade.
Recomendo muito pegar o seu hambúrguer para viagem e comê-lo em um banco próximo ao Parque Castel Sant’Angelo, no bairro Prati.

Embora esta gelateria não esteja no centro da cidade, acho que vale muito a pena mencioná-la.
Sem dúvida, o melhor lugar de sorvetes que experimentei nos meus 23 anos vivendo em Roma.
Além de uma grande variedade de sabores plant-based à base de água, como pistache, avelã ou amêndoa com pimenta preta, você também encontrará sabores não veganos, então pode aproveitar com todos os seus amigos céticos.
