Our internship program offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic, international environment like our hostels. It’s a hands-on learning experience that provides both theoretical and practical training in various fields related to hospitality, including accommodation, F&B, tours, marketing, and event/social activity management. All of this takes place in a fun and vibrant setting, where you’ll engage with people from all over the world.
Selected interns become a part of our teams, and we’re excited to exchange knowledge and hospitality for your energy and fresh ideas.
Internship conditions:
- The internship lasts a minimum of 6 weeks.
- In order to properly begin the internship, you must have an EU passport or a valid tourist visa. For internships in Italy, you’ll also need to obtain a Codice Fiscale (Italian tax code), while in Athens this is not required.
- The training program consists of approximately 32 hours per week, with at least 2 days off to allow participants to relax or explore the beauty of Italy or Greece

Present your artistic collaboration proposal with the hostel, and if it gets accepted, you’ll be able to stay with us free of charge.
The program is designed for traveling artists (such as photographers, musicians, videographers, illustrators) who have the desire and opportunity to share their skills while they are on the road. Remember to present your abilities, but most importantly, propose how these skills can be incorporated into our Squares, accompanied by videos and photos. There are no limits or restrictions, but we require you to submit your ideas at least 3 weeks in advance. This way we can arrange everything for your arrival so we can bring an awesome project to life.
