Cosa farai

• Organizzerai l’archivio: contratti, certificazioni, attestati, documenti identificativi
• Ti occuperai della gestione e dell’aggiornamento dei contratti di locazione e commerciali
• Supporterai la gestione delle licenze amministrative (alberghiere, ristorazione, pubblico spettacolo)
• Monitorerai scadenze e adempimenti legati alla sicurezza sul lavoro (D.Lgs. 81/08)
• Collaborerai per garantire la compliance documentale durante audit e verifiche
• Digitalizzerai e ordinerai i documenti su Google Workspace
• Userai strumenti di IA generativa (come ChatGPT) per semplificare le attività quotidiane

Chi stiamo cercando

  Una mente organizzata, con esperienza in ambito amministrativo o documentale (anche di breve durata)

Are you a connector, a facilitator, and a natural team booster who can bring harmony to chaos while keeping people smiling? Then this role is made for you.

Based at our Rome HQ, you’ll work closely with the Lover of Sales and Customer Care, supporting and coordinating the daily operations of a high-energy team that connects our guests (B2C), our partners (B2B), and all our Squares across Italy (and beyond!). You’ll play a key role in shaping smooth processes, strengthening relationships, and helping our teams reach their goals — with a good dose of Yellow flair.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the Lover in coordinating and aligning the Sales & Customer Care team’s daily and weekly tasks
• Ensure smooth and timely communication between team members and across departments
• Monitor the quality and consistency of communications with B2B partners (schools, tour operators, agencies) and B2C guests
• Review team workflows and identify opportunities to improve internal processes and tools (CRM, email templates, reporting, etc.)
• Supervise team KPIs and report on performance metrics and customer feedback
• Help onboard and train new team members, sharing best practices and team rituals
• Step in when needed to support team members during peaks (bookings, group coordination, reviews)

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer care, ideally with team coordination responsibilities
• Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level); knowledge of other languages is a great plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust across teams
• Experience working with digital tools such as PMS (Clock), CRM, OTA extranets, Google Workspace, and (nice to have) channel managers
• Great organizational mindset — you love a good dashboard, follow-up system, or internal playbook
• A coaching spirit: you’re eager to help others grow and improve
• Availability for full-time work at our Rome HQ (with 1 remote day per week)

Per la nostra sede di Milano, cerchiamo un Manutentore part-time, capace di gestire diversi tipi di interventi: dall’elettrico al meccanico, dall’idraulico alla manutenzione generale. Se ti piace lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e internazionale, potresti essere la persona giusta!

Cosa farai:

• Assicurarti che le strutture dell’ostello siano sicure e funzionanti.
• Eseguire interventi di manutenzione ordinaria
• Controllare e riparare gli impianti.
• Seguire e aggiornare il piano di manutenzione preventiva mensile.
• Segnalare al management eventuali attrezzature obsolete o da sostituire.
• Prenderti cura degli spazi verdi esterni.
• Gestire un piccolo inventario di ricambi, se necessario.

YellowSquare is looking for a Cook for its Hostel in Athens.
If you are a passionate Cook with relevant experience, we would love to hear from you.

Cook tasks:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold dishes;
• Operate kitchen equipment;
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment;
• Stock inventory according to storage requirements;
• Dismantle and clean machinery as needed;

Desired Requirements:

• Previous experience in similar role, at least 1 year experience
• Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and to follow procedures;
• Flexibility: working time and hours; our Kitchen is open from 7 am to midnight. Shifts are split and run either from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or from 5:00 PM to midnight. There are no fixed shifts; every Friday, the roster is published, showing the new shifts for the upcoming week and the assigned days off.
• Experience in high intensity kitchen work;
• Knowledge of English and a good knowledge of Greek.

We offer a salary commensurate with experience, initial Full-time or Part- time contract from Monday to Sunday.

Who are we looking for? 
We need a proactive, hands-on hospitality professional who knows how to balance people, process, and performance. You’ll be the operational go-to person when the Square Lover isn’t around and their trusted partner when they are. 

You should have:

• 5+ years of experience in hospitality, with at least 2 in a supervisory or assistant manager role
• Strong team coordination and communication skills
• Fluency in English & Greek (Italian is a plus!)
• A knack for problem-solving and staying cool under pressure
• A people-first mindset with an eye for guest experience and team wellbeing
• Comfort with digital tools, booking systems, and hospitality tech

• Supporting the Square Lover in overseeing all departments: Reception/Bar, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Maintenance
