YellowSquare is looking for Square Enthusiasts!

Are you keen on hostels? Is wanderlust your mantra? Do you love being surrounded by international friends? If your answer is YES, you’re in the right place!
YellowSquare is looking for Square Enthusiasts to join our teams in Rome, Milan, Florence, and Athens. This isn’t your typical 9-to-5: you’ll be the heart of the guest experience, juggling roles between the Reception and the Bar.

What you’ll do:

• Welcoming guests with a smile, managing check-ins, and handling check-outs;
• Serving coffee and drinks, chatting with guests, and being the life of the party behind the bar;
• Promoting hostel events and local city experiences to make every stay unforgettable;
• Being a proactive problem-solver and keeping operations smooth;
• Cooperating with the whole crew to keep the energy high across all departments.

What you’ll bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in similar roles (Reception, Bartending, or Barista);
• Team spirit: the ability to collaborate across different departments;
• Flexibility: ready to work 5 days a week on a shift schedule (including nights and weekends);
• Excellence in customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality;
• High proficiency in spoken English (local languages or other foreign languages are a huge plus!).
